After reading the bible through 2 times, and studying passages numerous times over my lifetime, reading books on the Nephilim, and viewing numerous movies and shows on hauntings, I started switching my beliefs, and I now believe that demons are the evil spirits from the Nephilims created prior to the flood, once these beings were killed inside flood, their fallen angel, and corrupted human spirits or souls cannot enter heaven, but were left to wander the planet earth before day of their judgment upon the return of Christ after the great tribulation.
